my muscles was like 100yrs nvr moved le liddat
thn tdae outside whole day
i cant carry my bag proper fr 5minutes
kip on change shoulder
also cnt stand vry long
back pain
serious muscle ache
thn i walk frm mrt station to tuition centre
leg muscle oso tired la
my muscles like all tighten up to squeeze me or sth

thn tuition got orals practice
mainstream do 1-to-1 with the tcher outside clsrm
IP had to do speech to the whole class
i go off my signalling to the tcher say i no voice
truth is i got some voice
but i cnt be croaking a speech in front of everybody fr 2 minutes rite?!
